Snowy was my baby for 16yrs. She was pure white and loved to cuddle. She was definitely a lap cat. Any time you sat down on the couch she was right there on your lap. She was very caring and loved deeply. If you were crying, she would be right there, snuggling up to you to give you comfort.

We had her since she was a baby. Her and her brother Smokey. Smokey was pure charcoal grey. We went to the animal shelter to find a kitty and came home with two. They were so fluffy and cute little bundles of fur. Smokey died when he was about 2. That was a sad day.

Snowy was such a good kitty. She moved quite a bit with us and always adjusted well. She loved to sleep on the bed with me too. If the kids were lying on the floor watching TV her favorite place was to lie on their backs or if they were on their side she would stretch out on their other side.

We had to put her to sleep when she was 16. Her kidneys were failing. We tried everything. She would be fine in the hospital and perk up while receiving fluids but when we brought her home, after a few days she would go back to not eating. Sad It was a very sad day when I had to say goodbye to her. She was soooo special and I miss her dearly.

I had her cremated and have her ashes. She will always be with me.
